Our Story
Well Played Family Therapy is the culmination of over 10 years of work from mother daughter duo, Elle and Cat Logrip. As former educators they know just how difficult it can be to work with kids who have big emotions.
Elle was formerly a professional puppeteer and storyteller, registered nurse. art teacher and still is a world-class mom. Cat was previously an elementary education teacher, Education Specialist and Preschool Director.
In 2017 they decided to leave education behind and begin their journey to become therapists. After many hours of hard work, countless challenges, and one global pandemic later; Well Played Family Therapy has opened its doors!
We strongly believe that play is how children communicate and we see it as our job to help translate that play into words grownups can understand.

Family
Elle is mother to Cat and her two older brothers. Together they are the proud pet parents of 4 cats (Benny, Joon, Gandalf and Thor), 1 Golden Retreiver (Wash), and 5 Chickens! (ChinChin, CheapCheap, Hen Solo, Bloo and Cheese).
Passion for Child Development
Both Cat and Elle have extensive training and first-hand experience related to child development, from birth to adulthood.
